CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera entered in Champion Class in Kassel on the 6th of December.
It was a succesful day in Kassel as Fenna won the Champion Class with CAC and became second best bitch. Judge : Petra Bannach (DE)

International CACIB Dogshow BRUSSELS - Belgium
First dogshow for little miss Dee Dee (CACI's Shiny Cadillac for BAB). She entered in Puppy Class at 6 months and 1 day old and won the Puppy Class and become BOS Puppy (Best Puppy Bitch).
CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera entered in Champion Class. The result was 3 Excellent

Today we received the Dutch Champion Titel of CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera ("Fenna") in the mailbox.
Really happy Fenna finished her Dutch Championstitle on the age of 28 months

With this results Fenna became DUTCH CHAMPION, happy and tired after a long weekend!

MAP HALSTEREN - NL (Multiple Retrieve Contest)
CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera ("Fenna") was entered in 1 MAP B in 2014 , just to see how she would react and to see what to train during the winter season.
Fenna suprised me totally that day by doing such a great job.
3 retrieves went super and she got 100/100 !
In total she gained 540/600 points and took the FIRST PLACE in the MAP B !!
To give an idea of the difficulty of this kind of competitions
50 dogs entered, 26 dogs did not succeed and 3 disqualified
10 dogs got a MAP A
11 dogs got a MAP B

End september we went a few days to France with CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera ("Fenna") to train for the Field Trials.
It was a super time, great weather, fantastic company, and Fenna worked great.
I couldn't wish for more......

What a week again !
Today we received a very nice 'late' birthday present in the mailbox.
The official BELGIAN SHOW CHAMPION title of Dustin arrived
As Dustin came as a puppy, we had never the intention of bringing him out in the show world because his parents were not known as "showy" dogs.
But as we need the breeding certificate in Belgium , we had to do a dogshow and as many people we started at a clubmatch and got to know lots of people, saw lovely flatcoats, ....
Because of his enormous energy , lots of hunting skills, his love of the water and the retrieves, his super Will to Please, and off course , sometimes his stubborness he is one of a kind.
He is simply loved very much by lots of people. His intelligence, his hunting skills, his super nose, his great marking skills, his sweetness, gentle but happy and powerful flatcoat temperament enchants everybody.
So in three years of seldom showing, he has won multiple BEST OF BREEDs in Belgium and abroad and this way also earned his titles

My boy CH Dustin and I collected 6 CACIB's in less then 1 year in 3 countries, so we had to wait to win the last one we needed for his International Championship.
Yesterday we went to France to try to take the last one, and he did it again by winning champion class, CACIB, BEST OF BREED and Best of Champions, my hunting compagnion proved himself again as an example for our breed.
CH.I.E. CH HR I Dustin can call himself an International ShowDog (CH.I.E.(*)) now
And now , we are gonna go back to the one and only "real" passion for him, hunting

07/09/2014 Jachthondenproef (KNJV B) Gundog Competition - Beerse Belgium
CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera did again a super gundog contest on Sunday.
She finished on a SECOND place out of 19 dogs that day with 151/160 points in total.
98/100 Basic gundog license (KNJV C)
151 /160 Advanced gundog license (KNJV B)

06/09/2014 Working Test (Cold Game) - Beerse Belgium
First time we started with CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera ("Fenna") in the Working Test competition and what a start we made.
Fenna was in super condition and fininshed the day with a FIRST place in the beginners class out of 16 combinations. She got a very nice result of 92/100 points. (cfr http://www.gundogs.be for all results)

18/08/2014 KNJV Cold Game Test Klundert - Holland
CH Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera did a fabulous job just after her heat and not lot of KNJV training the last year.
She succeeded in every 8 tests of this kind of competition and got a nice KNJV B degree with 69/80 points.

My 2 Flatcoated Retrievers went 'on tour' last week.......
Started in Belgium, through the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina to Croatia – Dubrovnik & Zadar
They had some fantastic days in lovely Croatia and both gained super results for the hard work on the dogshows there
CH Dustin, my Dutch male, won 2 x BEST OF BREED, 1 x BOS, 3 x CACIB, 1 x RCACIB and 6 CAC’s. This makes him CH HR, Croatian SHOW CHAMPION.
Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera CH J Belg '13 , Belg J W '13, CH J NL '13, BJsg'13, CH J Ger VDH'13, NL J W'13, NL W'13, my Danish female, won BEST IN GROUP 3, 1 x BEST OF BREED, 2 x BOS, 3 x CACIB, 3 x CAC, 2 x RCACIB, 2 x RCAC.

Last month there has been a succesful mating between CH Dustin and Iride.
If everything goes well, we hope to welcome the new born puppies at Kennel Viacolvento in Belgium in May 2014.

Back home from a long trip to UK - Birmingham. We went to CRUFTS this year with Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera. It was a super experience and little Fenna did a super job in Yearling Bitch Class by gaining the SECOND PRIZE (out of 25 entries). It was a heavy class with lots of beautiful bitches from all over Europe.
It has been a wonderful time!

Super news today in our letterbox!
The championstitle "Nederlands Jeugdkampioen (Dutch Junior Champion)" officially arrived , and also the CAC points for Whizzbang's Scarlet Rivera that counts for the title "Dutch Champion (Nederlands kampioen)" already arrived.
Fenna has to wait now until she is 27 months to compete for her last point to become "Nederlands kampioen"
